Why Do Some People Succeed While Others Fail?

Some people are afraid to move for fear of making mistakes. This may be the result of past criticisms, judgments, or negative comparison. Don't let the past stop you. Things you do, or fail to do, will decide the quality of your life.

What is stopping you? Fears of changing or the unknown? You already know the price you pay for being afraid and not taking action. Have you every wondered what it would be like when you release the fears and have the courage to learn something that you have not done yet? Everybody has the will to succeed; not everybody has the skills to get there. You can, if you want to.

You can learn how to become more successful by changing the self-talk you give yourself in the morning. ("Oh my, I have to get up and face my boss, my staff; I have shopping to do, etc.") Can you imagine waking up in the morning and saying to yourself, "I am going to have a great day today!" Use the tonality that matches your word. Imagine yourself having a good day and feel what that feels like. How will it change you attitude and energy? What kind of day will you have? Would you be more willing to do something new? Would you be more willing to learn new strategies that will produce the success that you want? The absolute truth is that you get from life what you are willing to settle for.

Many people are comfortable in their ruts! I hope you are different. I also hope that the message I conveyed here has come through and you are willing to make the changes you need to create the life you want. Can you commit for two weeks to practice positive self-talk, change the image of yourself and be aware of the difference in your feelings inside? What would be different about you? Try it. It may be rewarding.

Changes begin between your ears.
