At last, we will be having 2 more new staff in our area. We will no longer have difficulty going on duty especially at night because for previous months only one nurse goes on duty during night shift. And it's really difficult especially if you have pay and toxic patients. At least it's a good start for this year. Nah, i juts hope this two new staff would be okey...hehehe
