Communication Etiquete

Hello Kitty Phone (Front) by toriloveskitty

I was really annoyed whenever somebody is calling me and the very first thing they will asked "kinsa ni?" Hello! isn't it she or he was the one calling? I am writing this post because I and my other colleagues are really bothered by other staff from other floor. Do they have good manners? And I don't think superiority is an issue here. All we want is respect and proper decorum . Why don't you inform us first who you are. It's just that simple. I just wish somebody would tell them what phone manners are.

Communication happens at many levels (even for one single action), in many different ways, and for most beings, as well as certain machines. Several, if not all, fields of study dedicate a portion of attention to communication, so when speaking about communication it is very important to be sure about what aspects of communication one is speaking about.
